The correct choice for this job is not in the options. We have taken a HTML theme and converted it to a PHP structure for a web application. The front end has errors and needs tweaking to work correctly. Main issues are the sidebar (left and right) not dynamic (collapsing / expanding) , some charts not showing, The page body in some pages overlaps the sidebar, and is not auto sizing for screen size. I have added a zip file, inside the zip file you will find a word doc going through the issues, and also screen shots with arrows and explanations to each error. Please only bid on this if you A: Have experience in this, B: Can do this work very fast. You will be sent all files to complete the work.
