Build a Website

Hello all, I'm working on a big project for which I do not have the time to do everything myself. That's why I'm looking for someone to complete a part of the project. We currently already have a system to gather tweets, instagram, textmessages and messages coming from a webpage into a central database. These messages can be validated and only the validated messages will be shown on a giant screen or a videofeed. For a new project we need a system where a host reads out some of the received messages from all different platforms. These messages will be selected by somebody who will also add comments to guide the host. This system is one of the components that we need to build and what I would like to pass on to another developer. This system is webbased and will consist out of 2 different connected webpages. One webpage will be used by the host to read and the other one will be used to select the messages, put them in the correct order and provide comments. The editing page should have multiple columns with the validated messages of the different platforms. The user should drag the selected messages from the different columns that the host needs to read, to a column on the right. In this column he should be able to reorder the messages and he should be able to add comments to in between the different messages. The order of messages that he has created should by synced by the webpage that is visible on the tablet of the host. You'll find two basic mockups attached below. One for the Editor and one for the Host. In order to keep everything compatible with the existing pages I would like to keep everything in JQuery. The databases already exist, if needed we can provide you with access to this database. The connection between both pages should be instant and no reloading should be required of the host-page. If we need additional libraries or frameworks installed, you should also support us with the installation and roll-out of these pages. This project needs to be finished by October 10th.
