Looking for someone to develop an online program for a sport that allows Committee log on, competitor log on, communication with members and committees, submit records to associations and keep data. Members must be able to nominate for a number of events and pay for nominations,look up records and other relevant informations. Nominations must then be transferred to committee database to run/ print and score draws up to 3 rounds. Ideally would like an app to follow.
