About the product-
A website and smartphone app for medical clinic’s staff (Doctors, nurses, receptionists) and its patients. Using the website and app, patients can do many things including asking for medications, sending messages to the clinic, making appointments to see the doctors and nurses, do electronic consultations called e-Query and multiple other features.
The entered information is stored, displayed and can be edited by the patients and the staff. Changes are tracked.
Various users have different levels of access and different views and restrictions depending on their designation.
The App and site has dynamic web pages for users to enter information into with links to various areas.

Practice manager

Other Users-
Patient
The practice manager is the main super user who has access to the back end of the website and App. He can add/delete users change their privelages, add/delete staff and patient accounts.
All staff and patients have access their clinic's website and App.
The patients can register for the website and app. This has to be approved by the staff members.
The website and App must have simple but great graphics, great user interface and work in tandem with each other.
