We're looking for the right candidate to develop a new job board website. Job Seekers will have free account access to create profiles (including uploading profile videos from mobile devices and ranking of skills levels) and search Employer job listings. Employers will pay a fee to get full account access to perform advanced search on Job Seekers, post jobs, and contact Job Seekers. Contact between Job Seekers and Employers will be through an internal private messaging system. Both Job Seekers and Employers accounts should have restricted access to only what they are allowed to see. Each should have a dashboard: Job Seekers to manage their account profiles, employment profile and history. Employers to manage their account profiles, post jobs, and job seekers list. This is a general overview of the site concept. Details will be discussed after candidate is selected. Selected freelancer will be required to sign an NDA agreement.
