I've been tasked with creating a simple tabs across the top property management website. the key people about 7 of them will need to login into the backend of the site. once logged in they will need to enter and track with a usable keyword search... the property address and tenant name. the month amount paid for that apartment or dwelling they occupy. on another tab the contractors who perform repairs tasks per property information will need to be entered as well as amount paid and location/address of property under management service were performed This will be itemized as labor and billable hours and then summed in the database and tabulated in the form. this will need to tabulated and summed each month with a running Year-to-date easy to print format. Then total rent collected for each property (address) per month needs to summed and printed as well. The invoices for each active tenant need to be printed from within the website with a there address and the return address with logo on a standard A10 envelope. In total there may be 7-10 tabs in total half of which will generate a printable report, two (2) with envelopes. 1 key Administrator account with several subordinate accounts that the admin can create to enter reports. Some of the features for enter a new property will be once the database recognizes its a multi-dwelling unit will be to allow apartment numbers in infinitude to be generated under a single address, after which a tenant s information is entered, edited or deleted, with final prompting (are you sure?) On the front end of this site, administered by the property managers as well, the prospective rent property details are posted along with a picture of the site, the description and the contact details of the company. Finally I will need a demo or stage one outer shell of this built out in about a week. Modified templates are fine as long as the objective is achieved in budget and on time.
