Integrated Land Information System Objectives To design a GIS system for a city or town with geo-spatial database into which all information about a property or land parcel is collected from all sources and compiled. The system should be designed and operated in a holistic way, so that all information about a property owner or their bills and properties is maintained in a reliable way. All land sales and transfers (including subdivisions), as well as all building permits, erections and completions, are included. Hence the system provides an up-to-date and effective property valuation roll for all properties within the city. This should be a centralised, web-based, role-based multi-user system, where all users have their own login and roles to access and modify various parts of the system. There should be 7 Modules:- 1] GIS Module for Land management 2] System Admin module – for roles management and system administration 3] Reports and alerts Module – GIS Spatial reports and non-spatial reports, notifications 4] Payment Module – pay management, Cashiering + Journals 5] Document management module 6] Database management system 7] Integration API/Modules for third party systems
