Build a Website

I have already implemented a recommendation engine on python. The recommendation system uses a hybrid approach to recommend books to users. For now I am using a dataset with around 2. million records to test the engine on. Now I want a website where users can create their login, fill their user profile (name, genres of book preferred, twitter username) and they should be able to search books (the search should be connected to google books api and fetch a list of books using google books api). Next the user should be able to select a book from the list of books returned and read its description, see its cover , author, publisher, year published, and provide a rating (5 star rating system). All the ratings left by the user for book is to be fed back to the recommendation engine, to generate a list of recommedation for the specific user. And finally the list is display on the website for each user. In short: I need a website where user can login, create their profile, search books, rate books and view recommended book generated from my recommendation engine on the website. PS: I started the project on python's kivy, I designed all the UI, but now the scope changed, we require a website. I have all the designs.
