Build a Website

I am a graphic designer with basic knowledge of web design looking for a programmer to assist with developing a platform for a site. I have already registered the domain [login to view URL] I am building a tourism website to direct travelers in the caribbean to specific locations. The purpose of the site will be to generate traffic to capture advertising revenue. The site needs to be easily updated with photos and videos which have linkable data like GPS coordinates with maps. The concept comes from our need for accurate directions and descriptions of places of interest on the island of Puerto Rico. We travel constantly looking for new beaches, waterfalls and services to help us on our adventures. We often use the site [login to view URL] which i would like to use as reference, however if you visit it is a little clumsy and verbose, so we want to modernize the idea and focus more on the beautiful photography of the island. We operate a guesthouse on airbnb on the island and would love to offer several nights or a week in addition to payment to the developer selected so they can experience what makes us so passionate about this project. I need a website developer who can code a simple framework that will allow easy access to make updates by the administrators who may have much less experience. It is possible to feed the information from a blog like wordpress. This does not need to be complicated but it should look clean, simple and easy to navigate. The site will be mostly photos with small paragraphs and menus with top 10 beaches, dining reccomendations and links to businesses that offer services like snorkeling. In total I expect 5 pages aggregating articles from a database. No fancy animation, no crazy layouts, just nicely spaced content. A function to switch everything from english to spanish would be nice addition towards the end of the project.
