Site should be dynamic i.e. having the ability to adjust the exchange fee to a particular percentage in other to attract more transactions on certain exchange direction. Login to the site should be very secure but easy too, developer should implement facebook registration and login. Apart from facebook registration, all email used in registration should be validated first before a successful registration can be established. Developer should be able to write and speak english for easier communication in future. Finally, the auto-exchange website should be developed in such a way to communicate easily with [login to view URL] and any other 2 or more auto-exchange monitor. We are currently interested in the following exchange directions: 1. Perfect Money to Bitcoin 2. Bitcoin to Perfect Money 3. Perfect Money to Payeer 4. Payeer to Perfect Money 5. Bitcoin to Payeer 6. Payeer to Bitcoin 7. Payeer to Okpay' 8. Okpay to Payeer 9. Okpay to Bitcoin and 10. Bitcoin to Okpay therefore, developer should have good working knowledge with all the e-currencies specified above and must have worked with their API in the past. These e-currencies are perfect money, Bitcoin, payeer, and Okpay. Developer should also be ready to offer maintenance services in the future when the need arises and to add more exchange directions if need be. If developer needs more money to achieve this which is outside our specified range, such developer is free to state which amount will be good for the job.
