Build a Web page for a ticket system

We need a web page to be configured for a Ticket system (service call out) for our company.
Must be an easy to use page with log in details (we must be able to configure access for each user to edit, view only... some parts of the page or all of them). Page must have our company logo.
We have our own domains and server for you to upload the job. Can be done in Wordpress or any other platform.
Also, for each job we must have available DB details like:
- site code
- site name
- company name
- name of the person that reported the fault and contact number
- short job description
- job description
- comments
- appointment date
- arrival time (date and time)
- arrival picture
- fault found
- solution to rectify the fault
- materials used
- maintenance cover (Yes or No)
- if selected No for maintenance, then a field with price must be inserted
- left site (date and time)
- who completed the job
- attach pictures with the job
- attach movie with the job
The web page must look great. We must be able to create users and allocate them rights. The page cannot be accessible without user name and password.
We must be able to view or print reports after:
- site code
- site name
- company name
- short job description
- appointment date
- who completed the job
Also, we must have an extra information to see the response time (a simple report per day, week, month and year).
If all will be a success, you will be contracted in the future for a mobile app.

We are going to access this page from Windows and Apple PC but in most occasions will be using iPads

Ticket system, not for selling tickets is just to log in and keep a track for our jobs (service calls) that our engineers have to attend to.
