We need to create a web portal that manages the sign ups/registration of new users (in this case our employees) and distributes credits to those users for tasks completed. There then needs to be an API integration with our customer's system. Basically, the system needs to be able to keep track of which user ID is logged in, what work is completed (this is done through a web portal), and payment for the completed tasks. A user (our employee) should be able to log in and view tasks (image and content forms). They select a task, complete it (filling in the forms based off of information in the image), and submit it. This completed information goes to our customer and they receive "points" for the task. After x amount of points are accumulated, the customer's serve should be notified for payment at the end of the month. We will still create an invoice manually but need to access this data.

We propose to build your Web Portal from scratch using PHP with CodeIgniter MVC framework to ensure site security, scalability & stability. A MYSQL 5.x database would be used to store data securely and in an organized way. I believe the Web Portal would require two separate Login sections for Customers and Employees. The employees can create their accounts, get unique Employee ID, have a dashboard and search for available tasks, apply for tasks, finish tasks, earn points and after a certain amount of point is reached they will be able to redeem them and get payment. The Customers will be able to create profile, post tasks, assign tasks, track employee ID and work progress, give points to employees based on completion, make payments to employees at the end of months based on points. Both, the employees and customers would automatically be notified via Emails. This system would be fully automated - notifications would be sent to the user and all details would be saved automatically in backend. We would use latest front-end technologies like HTML5, Bootstrap CSS, Angular JS, AJAX, JQuery etc. to craft a sleek, lucid yet professional and clean design along with a stunningly fluid navigation system to maximize the user experience. It would be RESPONSIVE at every pixel. The site would be fully Optimized so that it will load faster and provide best user experience.
