I know the WebRTC technology completely and I am proficient in Javascript and Node.js. I have experience in developing a video conferencing software based on WebRTC & Javascript which uses Web Browsers as clients(peers). For the proposed bid, I can develop and give you a WebRTC one on one video chat application which you can use from Chrome or Firefox browsers. The server works on Websockets, so you need to give me a ubuntu server on which I can develop and deploy the application as a service.
