Build a Travellers Planner Website

Hello Freelancers, I'd like a website making that allows users to plan their own travelling adventure around the world using their own account feature. The new user path I want is: 1. Arrive at website and sign up. after sign up the user then selects a "start point" country for their journey around the world from a interactive world map. Upon selection of the location they then state the amount of nights they wish to stay in location, it is also on this screen they will receive clear and attractive looking information about Accommodation, Culture, Nightlife and Things to do in such location they have just selected. 2. The next step is to use the interactive world map to allow the user to select near locations in order to move on their travels. Upon clicking on a future location it states the method of travels from location 1 to 2. As well as giving the nights staying and location information the same as in step 1. 3. Lets say the user has now repeated this step 10 times moving around the world from location to location and planning out their dream trip. it's at this point they have the option to save their trip to their own account with a custom name, or it allows them to print out a nice preview of the trip. I hope this explains the user journey i would like to achieve. I'd like room for ad's in my website. And a nice backend CMS that allows me to do things such as add and edit locations and manage user accounts. As far as the platform is concerned, i don't mind as long as it will be SEO friendly. Future development options will be available. I'd also like to set up a hourly support rate with the successful freelancer who completes this job.
