Build a Online Jewelry Store

I currently have a jewelry storefront and I would like to add an online store to the company. I would need the freelancer to: - DESIGN a logo for the company - setup an organized way for a client visiting the online store to navigate through it, find the item they are looking for, pick from available options for that item, checkout. (example: Mens < Yellow Gold < Chains < Style < Length < Weight < Price < Checkout) - Create an easy way for store employees to edit online store content like prices, pictures, etc. - Create an ecommerce system that protects client's information (name, address, credit card information, etc), allows for store employees to upload shipping tracking information easily, check/balance system that allows to check for payments received/pending/outstanding/etc, - Email setup for the store and the employees I do not need the site in a rush. I would like the freelancer to take the time necessary to do a nice, clean, organized, creative job. I would also like to mention that I have other family businesses that I would like to create online stores for after I finish this project, so the freelancer would be getting more work from me after completing this project so long as this project comes out outstanding.
