Would like to build a website like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] The site should have the same functionalities and be user friendly. A plus would be if it would have access to forum where users could discuss different topics. The most important functionality would be where users post deals and that users can vote on the deals when they are logged in. Also, there should be categories for the different deals and also one page showing the deals that got the most up votes and a page that shows all newly posted deals. As mentioned before, use the websites as references but we would like the design to be unique in someway. If you have any previous experience with similar pages, please do share your work. Also, please do not hesitate to ask questions if we would need to clarify anything Budget could vary depending on outcome. However, we are looking for a cheap option. Regards,
