We need a community website built using your preferred community builder such as Dolphin, JomSocial, Community Builder or if you have another one in mind that we can come in agreement to. It would also be great if is application ready so we can create an app after the site grows. This will also include a site template that you will also design that is user friendly, responsive, SEO friendly (95%+/A+ passing on Google), and mobile friendly (95% on Google). It will also need 3 optimal ad placements that will be first for adsense and then for our own advertising in the future. The site will have these functions.... Postings-including videos (YouTube and our own) and images. Postings can be public where everyone can see, private or just friends. One type of community pages where people can invite members and be set to private or public). News People sign in with Facebook (Twitter and G+ would be great too for faster signups) or regular log in. We will still want to collect their email addresses Podcast area (that will be first shutoff and then only available to admin) Share images, certain posts and videos on Facebook, G+, Twitter and Pinterest (images). Profiles will have persons, name, age, location, (a few more categories that will be shared later). #tags. A way to connect as friends. A way for people to delete or report unacceptable pictures (only certain pictures will be allowed). On the Index page, certain posts will show up on the page where everyone can respond. If anyone posts anything inappropriate, it will be easy to ban. On the news page the admin can post and share selected news from people who submit. People can also have their own blog pages which they can make public, private or submit to be placed on the news. Video pages can be categorized by #tags. Can be public or private. The overall layout needs to be friendly and the site needs to look nice.
