Build a Classified Ads website

I want to develop a classified ads website for Asia users. Refer the link below for my expected features and design using Joomla template. It must be super cool and user and mobile friendly. Features – You can view seller phone number, or email seller via contact form, without having an account – You need to have an account to post Ads. Account registration is free. – Free posting classified Ads – Free uploading up to 10 images – I prefer to offers category “Personals”, which allows you to find or place dating related classified ads – This website should provides a very useful location-based search function, allowing you to find products/services that are nearby to your places. – Mobile friendly and User-friendly website with easy-to-use functions – Website provides a very useful location-based search function, allowing you to find products/services that are nearby to your places - Users are able to Rate, post, comments, review on the ads (no offensive words can be posted). Then the user should have the rating under his posting. - After develop the site, I want to host the same site in 3 different domains Get good traffic next 3 months. - Paid advertisements features should be available in case if the user want to feature their post into front page or prominent pages. - All the post must be approve by admin. - Should have the feature to ban a user for temporary or permanent.
