Avatar Dress Up

Avatar / Dress Up Greetings, Auto replies and offers without reference to the project description will be discarded. For this project, is required a graphic designer with experience in creating faces, facial features design and characters drawing, comics, cartoons... etc. This is to allow the registered users of my website to create their own customized avatar, it’s a free application, with which is not intended make money or sell anything. The component is already created, missing a few details, which basically would be modify and complete some aspects. In this avatar, users can configure the features of their face and choose between different uniforms of the police and military forces, as well as regular street clothes. You must create facial features for men and women. 1.- There are many uniforms available, but you have to retouch them for a natural look, because they appear to be put on a coat hanger and when creating the avatar does not give the feeling of a person wearing them. Same with hands, neck and legs in short uniforms... I think uniforms should be modified, applying the same changes to each of them. 2. I would like to complete the options for customize the face, I mean add more types of eyes, mouths, noses, glasses, hair, face shapes, skin colors... 3. I would like to add more uniforms and plainclothes, also modify the current ones. I will provide referential images of these uniforms. 4.
