Hello! I have read your project description. I work on all types of architectural and interior design projects and am proficient in autocad both 2d and 3d. Based on the measurements, your input on style you prefer and images provided, I would create 2d dwg of existing state and 2-3 layout options how to maximize the use of the space. For the chosen layout I would create a demolition plan (if there is going to be wall demolition) and new works plan. New plan includes all types of works (for contractors, if you are moving a sink in a bathroom for example) and furniture layout. If you are doing built-in and custom made furniture I would provide 2d technical drawings for that, too. 3d model is not a problem. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
