Animated video with a Xmas message (approx. 20-25 seconds)

I'm looking for a designer who can make an animated video based of off the little yellow guy in the attachment. It needs to be a short animated video of approx. 20-25 seconds (maybe even shorter). You have relative flexibility in your design. Please provide a storyboard first.
You will need to design the little yellow guy yourself. I will provide a voice over and background music.
The yellow guy will announce a merry xmas message. The little yellow guy will need to be dressed up as santa clause and the video needs to relate to Egypt. For example, the little yellow Santa is cruising through a snowy dessert on his slide, carried by camels.
Above all, it should be funny.
Budget is max EUR250. Please write down the word "merryxmas" to show you've read the project details.
