I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. This is for Android

Create a simple Donald Trump Sound board with short key phrases as labeled buttons. User must be able to click and listen to each phrase or word/words. No multiple clicking that causes overlapping sounds/sound must finish playing before another sound or option can be done. Must have tittle like Trump Sound board and look nice with good font, correct spelling on each button of what sound will come out and good layout. Users can also Press a button to save sound/save as a ringtone/alarm. Pick Trump's top 15 Phrases or quotes....for example "your fired"/ " Where going to build a big wall and Mexico will pay for it"/ "Lying Hillary"/ "I'm going to make America great again" or stuff he has been saying in the Presidential election. This should be really simple for putting sound as a button. Only need a minum 15 sound clip as button. Thank you for your time.
