Adobe Muse Theme Upload

We have an Adobe Muse Theme (see attached .zip) that we would like to put onto our server. Here is the information my old developer gave to me... I hope this the right info as I am not a developer (only know a little bit) and don't want to keep the development of this website longer than we have too. To login via FTP for the Deluxe Server use the following (to place theme): ftp address: [login to view URL] username: d3vftp pass: ACB132xyz! We originally were working with another developer and he was almost finished the Theme development (as you can see by the concept image: [see attached concept file] and link to concept site which was being held on our old developers server until ready for live launch: [login to view URL] Unfortunately before the end of our project our developer decided to join the army and now is not able to finish the work. We need the site to be updated from original theme to our custom design... completely live by Tuesday 6:00pm (EST) [4-5 days away] on our server. We have all images, all text, and all link information you would need to complete this quickly. THINGS TO DO (In Order Of Theme Design Top to Bottom): 1.) Change app icon to the icon in .zip . 2.) Change the text below the icon to- Title: Meet Andrik Subtitle: The Finest Security Officer in the Universe Auto Scroll Button: Start Your Adventure 3.) Edit the paragraph to read: Paragraph Title: Andrik and the Tasks of Teragon 'Join Andrik The Alien on his journey through Teragon to rescue Princess Alessandria from the clutches of the evil Queen Seraphina. Andrik’s mission is not easy and he needs your help! Neutralize enemies, collect energy crystals and receive gold coins to unlock boosts.’ 4.) Remove app store and google play buttons - replace buttons with same style of button as Auto Scroll Button in point 2. Please make the button read 'Continue Your Adventure' (the same style as the first 'Start Your Adventure' button) when you click on the button 'Continue Your Adventure' it auto scrolls down to the next section. 5.) Please design the iPad area to look like the concept please… Also change the different points to: 1) Experience Mode - Experience Andrik and friends by simply scanning stickers. 2) Practice Mode - Prepare Andrik for his mission and practice using boosts. 3) Play Mode - Help Andrik complete his tasks and rescue the princess safely. 4) Battle Mode - Defeat bosses in battle mode for a chance to win 3x the coins. 6.) Join The Mission " Andrik Needs Your Help! Enlist today and join Andrik on his mission through Teragon to safely rescue Princess Alessandria and bring her safely back to The Planet of Selantro. " 7.) Please remove App Store and Google Play and replace with a large button that says 'Sign Up For Your Mission' ( same style as the first two buttons - But inverted so it stands out on the background) and the button should auto scroll you to the next section. 8.) The banner from the spaceship should say '[login to view URL]' and the whole banner and spaceship should be clickable. Please change 'Sign Up For Newsletter' to 'Sign Up To Enlist' Enter Name Enter Email 'Subscribe' button should turn say 'Enlist Today' 9.) Please remove the Google+ button and replace it with the Twitter button (same style as Facebook counter, but twitter version) but leave Facebook button where it is. 10.) Please change the bottom left side fine print to 'ANDRIK™ is a registered trademark of Upcoming Media Inc.' and put '© 2015 Upcoming Media Inc. All Rights Reserved.' on the right side.
