Adding mobile-ready menu to our website

Out homepage ([url removed, login to view]) has to be made compatible for mobile devices.
This work includes:
1. The navigation-menu on the left side has to be replaced by a mobile ready CSS navigation menu on the top. The new navigation menu should use javascript for changing content as default and php as fallback the same way as our current menu does. It should include the same links as our main menu. As a design example you can use ([url removed, login to view]).
2. The social buttons and the Englisch button in the top right corner should go to the bottom (after the last menu link) of the mobile menu if mobile version is shown. They should all be in one row, exactly as on the top bar in the normal version of the page.
3. Check for other incompatibilities and problems when viewed on mobile devices and correct if possible.
