Add two ballons to an existing image

I have an image that I like, but would like some small changes made:
The image is [url removed, login to view]
The changes:
1. Replace the two balloons on the bike with a flag of the Colombian flag and a balloon of the UK flag
2. Remove the "Vintage Bicycle" banner
Please make sure the balloon look realistic, with the right perspective on the flag.
I'd like it saved twice. Once on the existing background and once on the white background.
