First I need a favicon added to my website. I would also like for the $quad section of the page to have a scrolling background image of four recent pictures from a four different Instagram accounts if that is even possible. If not just four up-loadable images will be fine. Also I need a seamless scrolling image marquee for the bottom of my page for advertisements and sponsorship. Lastly I need the YouTube video in the header to stay relative in size to page dimensions so the video shows the same aspect ratio on the mobile version. I can pay next week but I don't have a huge budget which is why I was designing the site myself. I can pay next Wednesday to the best bid. Thank you.
