Convert a small E-commerce website into a more robust version

I have an Ecommerce website currently running on Godaddy that needs to be upsized to a more capable platform. IT currently contains about 100 items (with minor customization allowed) but the real issue is taking coupons. Godaddy allows for up to 300 coupons, but I need to support 20,000 coupons or more. I have a CSV file of the coupon codes and will provide that immediately. It is important that it be understood that this job is a rush job. We have exactly 5 days to get this site live, and I need a draft in less than 48 hours. Please do not bid on this job if you do not believe you can complete it in that period of time, or if you are not highly qualified with Ecommerce websites, or if you don't have a plan for getting this done. You'll be wasting my time and yours. This is a first job. I have 3 other jobs that need attention right now (I just lost a developer due to complete lack of communication and failure to deliver things as promised) so i am hoping to make this a very long term, very profitable relationship.
