Hello, I read the project and yes i would definitely advise using WordPress. The steps would be that we first pick a base theme that we like and then for me to start to customize the theme. As for the functionality in the site we will be using wordpress plugins. I am an expert with creating and customizing plugins :) Im an expert in php, mysql, html, css, seo. I have 7 years expereince in software development and have a great eye for design. In addition i'm a very fast coder without compromising on the quality of what i deliver: I test all my work cross browser/devices to make sure you get a professional and responsive website.
