Admin will create package, User will need to buy package to use the service, then they can search friends add friends and make a text chat with them Admin will make user management, Payment management Package management Ad management Each time while user chat a money will deduct then again they need to recharge their balance to chat with each other. Admin can make sub admin or moderator to chat. Also one moderator can do multiple user chat. I have more to discuss please come on chat.
