You have a Piano shop and you need an ecommerce website to sell Piano and people can also get information about the products etc. As per your requirement of CMS. We would suggest to use wordpress as CMS. It will be easy for you to manage site content and products etc with all functionality. Do you have any reference in your mind regarding design of site then let me know so i will get idea about design. Also you need the site to be multi-lingual. There are two ways of making site multi lingual 1) by using google translate (in this automatic translation will be there) 2) manual translation (In this admin need to add content in different languages.) Please suggest which method you like. i hope i got your concept right. I am experienced of working with wordpress.
