Build Website

Needs to be built with Laravel 4 or 5 I need a website that will have standard authentication and profile for user to log in. The front page will have question bubbles that fade in and out randomly and simultaneously all over the screen unordered. In the bubbles are questions that have been asked by other users. When a another user randomly clicks on the bubble the question will pop up on another page with a simple yes, no, or maybe to answer the question. Then the answer will be updated to the user by polling or long-polling and stored in the db. The bubbles would be animated with javascript and ajax. Then there will be a page that will have all the answered questions listed in order. There will need to be categories for the questions to post: Life, Relationships, Business. The question can only be x amount of characters. There will need to be a database to administer the site, a back-end. Questions, categories, user roles, admin roles. Needs to be mcrypt. Needs to be setup with proper caching queries Needs to be PDO It will need to be Twitter Bootstrap mobile and tablet friendly.
