Hello sir , it would be better if you use non-flash website since as you mentioned it wont work on mobile platform , so we can't make any flash website responsive , use HTML5/CSS3 framework for your website to access on mobile devices as well . would like to discuss further on this . This can be done using jquery masionery and using api's of twitter,youtube,instagram and if any website is providing feeds we can grab them
