My website is a job board using a wordpress theme (jobroller from [login to view URL]). I need to add some features to the Resumes section of the website like Resumes alerts for the employers to be notified of new submitted Resumes matching their needs, fixing some fields in the Resume section... Besides the required sills mentioned, you have ideally a knowledge of Jobroller theme.
