Create 4 pages flyer

We are looking for an experienced graphics artist to create a 4 pages (folded single A4 sheet) flyer. Design can be copied on an existing, outdated flyer, for which we unfortunately only have the flattened PSD. Attached a JPEG version of the 2 sides of that flyer.
We would be providing all required texts and images. For the last page with all instruments, we can reuse the 3 existing sets of instruments from the outdated flyer, and add a 4th one as a bar on the left (all instrument images can be provided). So we don't need to redo the first 3 sets.
We'll only be considering bids from INDIVIDUALS who have experience in flyers design and can justify it with a proper Portfolio.
