Design of a new site offering step-by-step marketing tips

I am looking for an experienced and creative designer, whose native language is English, who will capture the essence of the sentiment behind my company. I am bringing my marketing consulting business online and I need a simple but professional website that captures the essence of the manner in which I provide services (the help and care I provide to clients and the help and care I encourage them to provide to others too). Moreover, the essence is offering step-by-step instruction to small business owners or individual entrepreneurs about how to use social media to market their businesses or themselves. I do not have a logo, so the design of the site will also need to include the design of what could potentially be a logo (which I could include in a future newsletter template and other hardcopy marketing materials like business cards, etc.) On the home page, I would like a simple design that captures the essence of the company, which is a company created and directed by a solopreneur (me), who aims to help others take the steps they need to create and grow their online popularity in order generate profits. The concept behind the business plan is to take the "client's hand" via online courses (and webinars), show them how to make the steps (step-by-step videos), help them to take them (practical exercises and follow-up coaching calls), and encourage them to "turn around" and help others take the same steps. I am open to exploring different color schemes; I would like something bold, yet simple at the same time. And the background color for text should be white. I would not like a "cliché type" logo or look, but something creative and fresh. On the home page, there will be minimal information, as the focus of the home page will be an opt-in. There will be approximately 5 static pages (including the home) and a blog. I am interested in those with experience in Wordpress and in StudioPress' Genesis Frameworks, although it is not necessary as I am only asking here for a mockup and I will seek programmers in another bid. However, if you have programming ability to do the mockup and the building of the page, please let me know and include it in your message and/or bid. It is essential for me to see your portfolio. I will provide more information to finalists, as well as sites with similar looks that I have admired - although I am most especially interested in the logo design and site design that you propose. If we're successful in working together, I look forward to continuing the relationship for two other WP websites that I am eager to outsource too.
