An Out of the box restaurant website

I have a work to do and wish to co-orperate I need a website for a restaurant: This restaurant services to elegance costumers and need some parallax and creative design with most responsive for all devices; They want to have a website like: [login to view URL] and highly like: ---[login to view URL] (to be demonstrated for restaurant)*** 1.) There sould be an order online tab like richtreenaturlmarket have one so site should be able to collect payment (SSL needed) 2.) A Rreservation tab is also needed 3.) Should provide a sample demo first and after reviewing the demo site we will decide to buy or not 4.) This website should have an out of the box and creative design out of other restaurant websites in the market 5.) So should be selected as "design of the month" by authorities 6.) not a template, a website from the scratch is a must / have to be supported by apple devices too - like html5 6.)
