Design a Website Mockup

I Represent Prince George Minor Boy's Fastball (Softball). We are a Non-Profit Group, and I have been asked to take over the Media End of things.. Part of that being the designing of a New Web Site (Appears we never had one before). What we are looking for someone to help us create a fun site.. We would like to have a few pages.. A Home Page Obviously.. A News Page.. Gallery Page to list all the various pictures we have gathered.. A registration page.. A Contact Page.. In the Registration Page we would to have the ability for people download, and print off the forms for their kids to sign up.. But even better would be the ability to accept payments online via paypal or something and be registered that way.. Finally.. We need it to be able to be accessed by us, to make updates to it as required.. So there might be some minor training involved in how to do that.. If someone can help us.. As we would like to keep our costs as low as possible.. Our fees for Field Rental went from 10.50 last year to 1000 this year.. Quite a huge jump.. And we are doing what we can to not pass on these costs to our players families.. As we want all people to have fun. Thank You
