Design en Hjemmeside Model

Hi everyone! I am looking for someone who can make 3 small flat designs for me. The first part should be just a small line that opens a chatwindow, the line should be like this: [login to view URL] Secound part should be a introduce yourself where user should just type in their name and email - like this one: [login to view URL] Last part, the chat: The most important part is that the companies that uses this chat can customize it like they want by uploading an png from our backend. There should the chat have, well.. a chat, but also a frame that could be customized by uploading the image they want. - The chat should also have facebook icon, twitter and google+ ONLY the supporter should have a profile image
