Custom CSS Skin for Property Management Website

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BIDDING: I use a property management software that offers a public website. The public website has limited options for customizing, however, you are allowed to upload a custom CSS for the skin and images to reference in the CSS. You can also add a few custom pages and there are settings to turn certain features on and off. What I would like to have created is a modern skin for the site that gives it a very custom look and feel. This will include the custom CSS file, any supporting images and some customization of the options and settings available from my provider.
