Assuming this is a general pdf online form you are planning to place on your website right. - Doable only if your online users have it's own desktop email application ( outlook, eudora, etc. using company email ) - If users will use their Internet Email ( Yahoo, Hotmail ) it's a lot of work on the part of users. Since they need to save first the data they provided on pdf online form and attach this data while writing an email using 3rd Party Internet Email and send it to you manually. Upon receiving the data you will need to import the data sent to you, using adobe acrobat to make the pdf online forms data filled up. i can give you instructions that you can put on your website, that will tell the online user what to do to send their data to you.
