ooking for an experienced developer/s to develop a portal for guiding individuals in their careers. The platform is a guided approach to career development that is intended to bring alignment to a person's aspirations, visions and values, current situation and the requirements of their chosen careers. Each person that uses the system will have a corresponding career coach. The Career Guidance system is created for individuals known as Persons Building Career (PBC) looking to develop their career. The system is a guided & phased approach for the PBC to align his current vision, values and job competencies with the requirements of the desired career. It is also for career coaches to share, evaluate and communicate with the PBCs under their mentoring.
