Architect-cum-3D Artist needed

I am a 3D Artist. Recently, one of my clients have assigned me an Architectural Visuzlization project. I thought that he would give me Architectural Diagram as well. But, unfortunately, he could not provide me with any architectural drawing. So, before starting the 3D elevation of that project, I want an Architect to make the Plan for me so that I can take it in my CAD and 3dsmax program and then render out for my client.
This is what my client told me:
"I am an owner of 100 feet by 120 feet land. I want to make a single family resident for myself on that piece of land. I need a 3D presentation with architectural accuracy before starting of the construction of my house so that I can see my little dream-house in advance. I will also submit this plan for the approval of our local housing authority."
Unfortunately, I am a 3D Artist and NOT an Architect. So, I am in need of an Architect to draw out the plan for me and thus my client.

If you have experience of doing 3D visuzlization besides the Architectural drawing it will definitely be a plus point.
Because I want to assign the whole project (including both Architectural Drawing and 3D Render) to the right person.
I will choose the right person very quickly. However, he will get around 20-25 days to finish it.
