Creating a 3D logo/Rendering

I have a logo "LPC" (.AI format) which l would like to turn into a 3D logo with a 'glass' look. Logo color currently is #003399. The 3d logo should still be blue but the blue can be lighter than the 003399 color of course. I would like to turn the logo into a high-quality 'blue transparent glass' version of the logo, the color scheme could be maybe a bit similar to this: [login to view URL] (but without the people). Reflections on the glass surface and similar effects would be great. I will prefer bidders who can provide a sample rendering which goes into the right direction.
