Digitizing 5 scarf designs and 1 business card design

Hi all, We need some help with creating digital formats of 5 prints for scarves and one set of business cards. we already have the design ready, just need help with turning them into high resolution digital formats so that we can start manufacturing. ] We've created the business card design in paint brush, imaged attached for your reference. need to recreate with much higher resolution tools in order to print. As for the scarves, we have the designs in separate drawings and conceptual ideas, just need to turn them into digitized formats. Thank you! Yidi
