Design a Women\'s Christian T-shirt in Spanish/English (Same Design) - repost

I've attached a photograph of the design concept I'm going for. I want the words "Bella y Bendecida" in a circular border with nice font (the attachment has some of the colors I want to go with)". The word "Bella" would probably be on the top part and "Bendecida" on the bottom. Also with the same design I would like the english version "Blessed and Beautiful". I also wanted to have two letter B's back-to-back in the middle/between the words. The two "B"kinda resemble a butterfly. The colors will be some soft pastels or pinks, etc. Maybe you can add a couple of flowers in the negative space between the words. This design will go on a white t-shirt. The company I'll be using has guidelines, which outline the acceptable formats the artwork has to be in. I'll send you those requirements if you're selected. It's the typical stuff (vector art, 300 dpi resolution, etc...). If you don't mind, I would like the designer that wins the bid to give me complete rights to the design once paid for and the work is completed.
