Design of One Mockup Screen for an Iphone App

Hello, I am looking for a graphic designer with experience in User interface design for iphone. Please apply only if you have at least two iphone/ipad designs in the appstore. About current Job I will provide you a wireframe diagram explaining the concept for one screen. You have to design one more mockups for the screen. If I like your mockup I will award you the complete job. Budget I have a budget of $50 for the mockup. You can design one or more mockups. If I like your mockup, I will send you direct invitation for the complete job. If you would like to know the details of the complete job that will be awarded later after reviewing your mockup, please read below: About the complete Job I am making a simple App which is very similar to iphone “Notes” app from Apple. The app will have 7-8 screens. You have to custom design the user interface including all the menu icons, logo and the app icon. I will discuss the project in detail only after reviewing your previous work. I need the following from you: 1. Samples of your designs 2. Links to the Apps for which you have previously worked. 3. Expected timeframe for completion. 4. Your availability 5. Rate fixed and hourly. 6. Are you available to discuss the project in detail on skype. If yes, time of availability. 7. In addition to above, there are at least 50 Icons that will be used in the application. I will provide you the vector files for the icons but still you have to create the icons that will match the theme of the App interface. 8. The app will have capability for the user to choose a picture from the app database. I have budget of $200 for the complete job. Before awarding the job I will explain the whole concept and show you the complete wireframe. If we agree that you can work within my budget only then you will be awarded the complete job.
