Design a EVIL EYE T SHIRT

I will buy the best design guys, however if you don't win don't be discouraged I might buy yours too. :) I would like a poster design to look like a propaganda like obey, message. Is to the public to be aware. Images pyramids controlled television, a eyeball, etc. WWII STYLE, urban, graffiti, type of a design. Think you can visualize something like that. Ok no triple six, upsidown cross, pentagram , goats skulls, demons at any cost. Because I do not want others to get the wrong message I am not worship anything. Hope to hear from you soon thanks. Ps the shirt will be in two colors, black and white, so please have the same design ready In two color tones, also the way the shirt will be made is silk screen to transfer paper, then heat pressed on shirt so please stick to black and white and one maybe two colors.
