Create the back of a cut sheet brochure from an existing set of documents and a pricelist sheet

We have existing product sheets that are already designed in Adobe. This is a two-sided design. The front is already complete. The back needs to be designed with images, bullet points, text and layout. We will provide the text and you provide the rest. We will provide a few product photos that need to be included on this sheet Also, you will be creating a pricelist page separate from this sheet that needs to "match" the look and feel of the product sheet you create. It will be a form that lists all of our pricing with options so a sales guy can go to a customer site and write down quantity, features subtotal, tax, etc and then leave this behind with the customer as a quote. It will include our logo, contact info, pricing and descriptions, fields for qty, price, extended price and spots for notes and custom charges, like setup, training, integation, taxes, shipping, etc.
