Create cartoon characters out of real persons

I need 6 cartoon characters to be created out of the real persons. I will provide you pictures and videos of those persons so you will have enough material to create cartoon chacarters out of them. - i need only heads of those characters - for every character i need few face expressions - normal, happy, angry, sad, shocked - for every character i need left and right side of the face (only normal expression) and also behind head - i need big resolution (HD) transparent images (png) And of course i need this fast and cheap! :))
