Children's book illustration for 2

We are looking for somebody to make a total of 33 pages (including 2 book covers) of illustration for 2 children's picture book.
I will be providing the pictures and I am looking for a rough reproduction of the pictures in a new style . All work needs to be 100% created and I will own all the rights to the created work. The artwork needs to look good in both black and white, and color (so strong contrast is important - ).
The final product is 33 pictures in TIFF format, and the dimensions and quality of each picture need to fit nicely onto letter-sized paper (8.5"w x 11"h) in portrait layout. I want you to send me the 33 picture files along with 1 Microsoft word file containing all 50 pictures pasted in (1 picture per page).
I am offering to pay $150 for the entire project. If the project is satisfactory, I have a long list of similar projects that I am sourcing out and you will receive preference for the next projects.
A preferred illustration style is attached.
